Peter Lemperis is a Non-Executive Director at Food People. In his role as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, Peter provides strategic insight and advisory on business strategy, performance, risk and human capital issues.

He brings a broad executive experience, a strong track record of building diverse and capable teams as well as creating shareholder value.
Peter is the Global Director of Compensation, Benefits and Mobility at Aramex. Reporting to the Global Chief Human Resources Officer, Peter is responsible for the design, implementation and administration of organizational design, performance management, recognition, total reward and benefit programs (health, life, disability and retirement) across the globe for Aramex.
Prior to joining Aramex, Peter led the human resources function for the Restaurant Division of Kuwait Food Company (Americana). Peter was responsible for the design, implementation and management of people strategy (compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development and employee engagement / culture) to ensure that the philosophy, programs, policies and initiatives enable the attraction, retention and development of world class talent.
In addition, his previous experience as a management consultant for Mercer and Korn Ferry (Hay Group) has enabled Peter to work with diverse organizations across a variety of sectors, helping them develop appropriate organizational structures, forecast workforce requirements, establish robust performance and talent management solutions, recognize and reward employees and improve organizational culture.
Peter has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Indiana University and a specialization in Business Strategy through the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
